Berezan Developments is a subsidiary of Berezan Management Ltd. Berezan Developments was incorporated in 2008 to meet the growing demands of in house development and construction projects. The office is based out of the corporate head office in Langley, BC and oversees the aspects of Land development, project management and construction of various projects being undertaken by the group. Some of projects under development include the Chateau Blanc- Resort, Surrey Centre, Langley Willowbrook Development and other projects.
