CURRENT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Castlegar, British Columbia Canada

Castlegar Community Gaming Centre is a new development project initiated by the Berezan Group in the city of Castlegar. The project is located in the picture perfect town right next to the regional airport overlooking the valley. The project is expected to be completed by July 2010. The project includes 260 spots of parking, 100 slot machines and 2 large bingo halls, restaurants, lounges as well as a raised floor system for ease of manoeuvrability. The project is spread over a 3.8 acres of land and the total build out would be over 26,500 square feet. The building itself is a concrete basement, steel structure with natural wood and stone finishes all around.

Langley, British Columbia Canada

Plans are underway to develop a multi phased project in the Willowbrook area which includes commercial, office and residential buildings. The project is under design development with the Township of Langley as this going to be the first high rise in the area. The project involves developing a long term sustainable building which would integrate with the neighbourhood and local community development plans. The first phase of the project includes 2 high rise residential towers with an office and commercial floors.

Chateau Blanc, British Columbia Canada

This project is underway in Big White, Kelowna, BC. The project involves 420,000 square feet of development in the Phase1 and Phase 2 of the project. Phase 3 and 4 would be added on at a later stage. The project is a condo/hotel/multi family dwelling with 450 suites with conference centers, restaurants, spa, pool and entertainment centres, neighbourhood pub, ski rental facilities, commercial and retail stores, health salons and gym etc. The project has completed the phase 1a of construction and would start the phase 1b soon. This is anticipated to be a 4 diamond property with a ski in/ski out facility to the centre of the Big White Skiing Lift area.

 

 

Hemlock Resort, British Columbia Canada

Master planning is underway for adding on additional services and areas to the Hemlock Ski Resort. The project is being carried out in collaboration with the Chehalis First Nations and would be spread over various phases. The objective is to develop Hemlock to be a leading ski resort and entertainment destination in North America.

The provincial government has released the Master Development plans submitted by Berezan Management - Hemlock Resort. These plans are for public review.
